The latest firmware update [FW 2.10] was released on October 9, 2023. If you purchased your IBEX PRO/LITE system before that date, you will need to upload the current firmware to a Compact Flash card and then install it on your ultrasound system.
Complete the IBEX PRO/LITE Firmware Update Request form on the right of this page and hit SUBMIT. Once you submit the form you will receive a thank you page with instructions on how to update your system and a link to the firmware update file.
